Genuinely the best Persian restaurant I have ever been to in London (and that’s coming from a Persian myself). My daughter's birthday was there. Everything was really great. It was very hospitable and tidy. The starters was really delicious and the design was very beautiful. The main course was very delicious and the dessert was very excellent and beautifully decorated. The environment was very stylish and relaxing with beautiful Iranian songs. The waiters were very attentive to the guests and friendly . The service was excellent. I really thank the manager there, Mr. Amir, who planned everything perfectly for me. Thank you for everything.

An Iranian restaurant in the north of London with the taste and atmosphere of Iran and the Middle East, with various delicious and quality recipes, specious place with wonderful decoration that make it suitable for parties and excellent customer service.
It is new to our area in the north of London and I have visited there a couple of times with my wife and enjoyed it a lot.
Amazing food and a lovely atmosphere! The kebabs and saffron rice were full of flavor, the kalleh pache completely stole my heart,and the live music made the night even more special.I also appreciate the complimentary salad and fruit platter,which was a nice touch.The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

We visited this Persian restaurant yesterday and had an amazing time! The atmosphere was lovely , warm, welcoming, and full of charm. We ordered Khoresht Khalal, Kabab, and Tahchin with chicken, and every single dish was absolutely delicious and generously portioned.
The Khoresht Khalal was rich and full of flavour, the Kabab was perfectly grilled and juicy, and the Tahchin was beautifully golden , just like homemade! You can really taste the quality and love in the food.
On top of that, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the restaurant made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and tasty Persian cuisine.

I recently visited this restaurant and was super blown away by how perfectly the owners had created such a stunning place with amazing staff and good food.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant for its vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, and fantastic music. A big thank you to our host, Mohammad for taking great care of us and making sure all our requests were met, such as accommodating a vegetarian guest of ours (with plenty of veg options available) to seating us in a perfect spot with a clear view of the DJ, which the kids especially enjoyed.

A special thanks to Mr. Amir, the manager, whose outstanding leadership, warm hospitality, and attention to detail truly elevated our experience. His presence brought a unique energy and level of care that made us feel right at home.
The food was absolutely delicious. The authentic joojeh kabab was perfectly marinated with a unique, rich flavor — one of the best I’ve ever had. We were also served a fruit platter, which happens to be my favorite, and it was fresh, beautifully presented, and very satisfying.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I had such a lovely dinner recently at this beautiful restaurant, and I have to say — the experience was elevated by the amazing service from Morgan and Ramtin. They were both incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. You could really tell they care about the guests having a great time.
The atmosphere was calm and stylish, with a warm, comfortable vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening.
We were curious about a few things on the menu, and Morgan and Ramtin gave us brilliant recommendations. We started with the Olivieh Salad and Dolmeh — both light, flavourful, and beautifully presented. They also suggested we try the Kashk Bademjan, and it did not disappoint — rich, smooth, and full of flavour.
For mains, we went with the Momtaz mix (perfect if you want a bit of everything), the Shishlik which was juicy and tender, and the Khoresht Khalal, which was a standout — something really unique that we wouldn’t have thought to order without their suggestion.
Everything was served at the right pace, and both Morgan and Ramtin checked in just enough to make sure we were happy without ever interrupting the flow of the evening.
It was such a memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends. Huge thanks to Morgan and Ramtin for making our evening so special — we’ll be back soon!

We had the pleasure of dining at Monsieur, a stylish Persian restaurant in Finchley, today, and i must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a cosy and elegant atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a great evening.
We ordered the lamb and chicken grill as well as the lamb stew, and everything was cooked to perfection. The food was truly outstanding – rich in flavour, beautifully presented, and authentic in every bite. It’s definitely the best Persian food we’ve had in North London.
A big shoutout to the energetic and polite staff, whose warm and respectful service made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the restaurant benefits from strong and effective management, as every detail – from service to cleanliness – was on point.
What’s even more impressive is that all of this comes at very reasonable prices. Quality like this is hard to find, especially at such great value.

This Persian restaurant serves incredibly delicious food the kebabs were juicy and flavourful, and the khalal stew was rich and authentic. Everything is halal and made with top-quality ingredients, making it a must-visit for anyone craving real Persian cuisine.
We had high hopes for our visit, especially after booking a table well in advance for a group of 14. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations.
Despite our reservation, we were given the wrong table, which created some initial confusion. What followed was a nearly two-hour wait before our food arrived — a delay that was especially disappointing given the size of our group and the fact that we had planned ahead.
When the food finally came, it was underwhelming. One friend even found eggshells in their dish, and my "Mediterranean breakfast" lacked any real resemblance to Mediterranean cuisine — both in ingredients and flavor. To add to the frustration, we were almost charged for items that were supposed to be included in the menu price, which left us feeling misled.
I hope management takes this feedback constructively — this place could do much better with more attention to detail and communication, especially for larger bookings.
Everything was perfect, staff went above and beyond. Well done guys, I’ll definitely come back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our recent experience here.
First, the food itself was a big letdown. Many of the dishes we ordered were burnt and overdone, and the tahchin was served very cold, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. On top of that, despite requesting bread with the majority of our dishes, we were served rice instead, which we didn’t want or eat, resulting in unnecessary waste.
Service was equally disappointing. The wait time for our food was longer than expected, and when it did arrive, it was staggered, and some of us were left waiting while others had already started eating.
The utmost upsetting part of the evening was the attitude we encountered when making a simple music request. We asked if some Persian Bandari music could be played, a perfectly reasonable request in a Persian restaurant, only to be told that they don’t want to put on any dance or Bandari music because this is a “classic restaurant.” Nowhere was this positioning communicated beforehand, and frankly, it didn’t align with the experience we saw, the DJ was already playing a mix of Persian pop and house music, which is hardly what one would call “classic.”
Furthermore, the implication that Bandari music somehow lacks class is both discriminatory and disrespectful toward Iranian cultural diversity. This is a restaurant in Finchley, not a fine-dining venue in an affluent area, and even if it were, this kind of cultural bias would still be unacceptable. The comment came across as prejudiced and even racist against southern Iranian culture.
I am originally from the south-west of Iran and was also brought up here in the UK. It is deeply disappointing, and frankly low-class, to witness such cultural bias and discrimination coming from a fellow Iranian.
All in all, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. There are far better places in London to enjoy Persian food and culture without being subjected to poor service and discriminatory attitudes. I will not be returning.

If you want authentic Persian cuisine of the highest quality, than look no further. Monsiour is a new addition to the Persian dining experience of North London. I myself have frequented plenty of Persian eateries and I have to say, Monsiour far surpassed my expectations. The food was exceptional. The ingredients are fresh and the flavours were divine, making my taste buds dance with delight.
The owners have done the most amazing job with the interior decor of the restaurant. It exudes elegance and has a very warm, welcoming feeling which brilliantly encapsulates the high quality of the overall experience. The warm welcome and exemplary service by the restaurant staff made the whole experience of dining at Monsiour just wonderful.
Lastly, I have to mention the live music. I felt like I was transported to a place in Tehran with the Persian melodies resonating around me, whilst I indulged in the best Persian cuisine I have ever tasted.
I will definitely be back and will make Monsiour my regular goto place for a fully encompassing Persian experience of the highest quality.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a coffee and croissant and had to wait over 20 minutes. To make things worse, they served someone who arrived after us before bringing our order. I mentioned this to the staff, but they were arrogant and dismissive. Poor service and no sense of order — I won’t be coming back.
